At Enkrix Luxury, we pride ourselves on delivering our pieces with the same care and attention to detail that goes into creating them. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer tracked shipping for all orders to ensure peace of mind. Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or courier factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free UK standard shipping on orders over £50.

  • Express and international rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders outside the UK, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Enkrix Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

  • We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or delayed, please contact us at enkrixessentials@gmail.com so we can investigate with the courier.

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays once the parcel is in the courier’s possession, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If your item is a pre-order or made-to-order piece, the estimated shipping date will be stated in the product description. These items will be shipped once production is complete.
