ENKRIX LUXURY RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Enkrix Luxury, each piece is thoughtfully crafted to embody elegance, heritage, and quality. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
At ENKRIX LUXURY, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy sets out your rights for online orders and does not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) by contacting us at enkrixessentials@gmail.com.
RETURNS
After notifying us of your wish to return, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop, provided items are returned in the same condition as received.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalised or custom-made items made to your specifications
- Unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods where a seal has been broken (where applicable)
- Gift cards
Sale items retain full return rights under this policy.
Pre-orders retain normal return rights unless the item was made to your specifications or personalised.
RETURN POSTAGE
For change-of-mind returns, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where you are entitled to a refund of delivery costs under applicable law, we will refund the least expensive standard delivery option we offered at the time of your order.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or misdescribed products remain fully unaffected by this policy. Please contact us as soon as possible at enkrixessentials@gmail.com if your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition.
