ENKRIX LUXURY RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Enkrix Luxury, each piece is thoughtfully crafted to embody elegance, heritage, and quality. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. All approved returns will be issued as STORE CREDIT only, minus shipping costs.

No refunds, exchanges, price adjustments, or cancellations. STORE CREDIT ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, snags, rips, or any other signs of wear or damage. Missing tags or altered items will not be accepted.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
Special Care Notice for African Rhinestone Dresses
Our African rhinestone dresses are delicately handcrafted to preserve their elegance and sparkle. To maintain their quality:

Hand wash only in cool water.

Avoid machine washing, as this may cause rhinestones to loosen or detach.

While every effort is made to secure each embellishment, we cannot guarantee that all rhinestones will remain intact over time or after cleaning.
For this reason, returns will not be accepted for rhinestone loss that occurs after washing or wear.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Jewelry, headwear, shapewear, fabrics, appliqués, custom or altered garments, bodice/dress panels.

Sale and promotional items.

Gift cards.
How to Request a Return

Email us at enkrixessentials@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, name, reason for return, and clear photos if applicable.

Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval will be refused and returned at the buyer’s expense.

If possible, repack items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive in saleable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email enkrixessentials@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item, your order number, and packaging. We will review and respond promptly.
Processing Time

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 3–7 business days.

If approved, store credit will be issued to your account and can be used for any future purchase at Enkrix Luxury.

You will receive an email confirmation once your credit is applied.

Enkrix Luxury reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or show an unreasonable return pattern. This ensures we maintain the high standards and exclusive experience our brand is known for.
